Overview
Mentorship Program is a Program that encourage Talent Growth. Each crew is assigned a Mentor to guide them and help them grow their career.

Mentor : the person who provide guidance

Mentee : the person who are being mentored

The purpose of mentoring session is to Facilitate Crew to Grow themselves.
- For Mentee, they can learn to explore themselves
- For Mentor, they can learn to be a good leader by listening to other people and providing guidance
